Refund (Cancellation) Process

Step 1: First, log into your account.

"Step 2: Then, from the user menu, click on "Orders and Refunds

"Step 3: Locate the relevant order based on the order number and select "Details and Refund

Step 4: Next, choose the refund option

Your request has been successfully submitted. Our team will follow up as soon as possible
