Terms of Service

By registering or using AiFO, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of AiFO must comply with applicable laws. Generating illegal, harassing, deceptive, or rights-infringing content is prohibited. Using the service for criminal activity or circumventing technical limits is prohibited.

AiFO may restrict or suspend accounts for terms violations. Model access may be limited by coin or wallet balance. The service is provided "as is" and 100% uptime is not guaranteed.

Payment is made via Rial gateways (Zarinpal, Zibal, etc.). Coins and API credit are added to your account after purchase. Prices may change without prior notice; changes apply to future purchases.

Coins and API credit are non-refundable after purchase and use, except for confirmed technical errors on AiFO's side. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase and before credit is consumed.

AiFO brand, logo, UI, and code belong to AiFO. Content generated by AI models belongs to you, subject to model provider terms. AiFO is not liable for IP violations in user-generated content.

AiFO is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or decisions made based on AI model output. Model outputs may be incorrect and should not be used for critical decisions without verification.

AiFO may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
